Rubber Ducky Unicorn Punch

This Rubber Ducky Punch is actually over on our other website on Glitter Lambs. I did a DIY Shabby Chic Unicorn Birthday Party using some of our wood and all that stuff. If you want to read about that then go to that website and see more about it. This is just the recipe for the yummy Rubber Ducky Unicorn Punch.

RUBBER DUCKY UNICORN PUNCH

What you need:
Large Glass Punch Bowl
Unicorn Rubber Duckies- oriental trading has them (be aware that they are sold as not being able to float upright, so you might have some fall over)
Blue Hawaiian Punch
7 UP
Pineapple Juice- 3 small cans
Rainbow Sherbert-Optional

Just add half of the Blue Hawaiian Punch to the bowl. Add about half of the 7up and about 3 small cans of pineapple juice. I bought the mini cans of 6. Depending on how you want this to taste you might want to adjust. This is optional but you can either add some scoops of sherbet to the top or you can add some mini marshmallows. And that's it. Your tasty yummy Rubber Ducky Unicorn Punch is complete.

(A Food Bar Idea To Display Your Treats)

What you need for Dessert:
Almond Bark
Package of Chocolate
Peanuts
Cupcake Pan
Cupcake Liners
Crockpot
Sprinkles-optional

What you need for Wood Display:
Glass Dome- try searching online like www.glassdomes.com
Two Wood Slices-one 4" and one 5"
One 4" Wood Candle Holder
Try our Etsy shop for wood supplies at Church House Woodworks

In crockpot on high melt package any flavor almond bark and package of chocolate or some other flavor of chips. You could try white , mint, or peanut butter. When melted stir together then mix in nuts. Whatever kind you like. Drop by spoonfuls into mini cupcake papers. Or just onto wax paper. Set in cool place or refrigerator to cool. You would add sprinkles on top before they set to add color.

To make the display like I did in the picture all you need is some real wood pieces to make this work. I just used two small wood slices that were different sizes and a longer candle holder piece. You can just hot glue the wood together to hold and then I added a glass dome that I bought from the store on top. I used my 2" punch and punched out some yellow cardstock. You can hot glue or tape that to the wood. I wrote the words, "Take One!" on the front of it. It's that easy! You can use larger pieces of wood and even include moss from the store into your display to make it even more woodsy. :)

This was a fun one! Try using some real wood pieces to play up your theme. We sell wood in case if you want some to buy! Go to our Etsy shop. I just went online and found some cute Speedy Gonzales pictures and just printed them off to go with this theme and made my own food tent cards to sit by the food.

Some ideas for an awesome Mexican food bar for people to make their own food would be:

Chips
Cheese Dip
Bean Dip
Avocado
Salsa
Sour Cream
Burritos
Tacos
 Flour Tortilla
Peppers
Lettuce
Cheese
Cheese
Onions
Tomatoes
Tamales
Refried Beans
Corn
Black Olives
Steak
Shrimp
Shredded Chicken
Hamburger Meat
Fried Potatoes

Do you see the little hamburgers? Those are called cabachons and you can get those online in different places. I just used them as decorations and sat them on the wood.

I stuck a cheese food card in this wooden place card holder.

Just depending on what kind of pictures you want you can go online and find lots of free clipart images to use and to print for yourself. Just Google Mexican Clipart and you will find lots! So many cute cartoons.
